This module explains how Scotland’s AI Strategy moves from general ambition into practical delivery. You will (1) identify the Strategy’s priority areas for action (for example, trust, skills, data, investment, public sector adoption, and outward-looking engagement), (2) connect those priorities to concrete examples the Strategy points to (including Scotland’s research base and applied work in areas such as digital diagnostics), and (3) understand how delivery is organised through ‘three parallel tracks’ and a staged roadmap.
